Paul Warren Personal Manifesto

 

Paul was born and bred in Bridgend and after attending college, he became Area Manager for  Snap Cymru, a national organisation supporting families of children with special educational needs.  In 2003 Paul became the Chief Executive of the County Voluntary Council, Action Cardiff.  He is now the Wales Development Officer for SKILL Wales, the National Bureau for disabled students. He has served on Laleston Community Council since June 2004 representing the Cefn Glas ward. He has a keen interest in  education, being a dad twice over, and is a  governor on Cefn Glas Infant School.  He stood for the Welsh Liberal Democrats in the 2005 Parliamentary election greatly increasing our vote share.
